Sharing Calendars
- Open Google Calendar
- Select the three dots next to the calendar to be shared:

- Click 'Settings and Sharing':

- Under 'Share with specific People' add the user you want to share with:

- Please note that it is possible to grant different types of permissions to the other user:

Sharing Contact Lists
- Open Google Contacts
- In the top-right corner click on the 'gear' icon and then on 'Delgate Access':

- Click 'Invite Delegate':

- Search and add someone to invite them:
