Sharing Calendars

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Select the three dots next to the calendar to be shared:
  3. Click 'Settings and Sharing':
  4. Under 'Share with specific People' add the user you want to share with:
  5. Please note that it is possible to grant different types of permissions to the other user:

Sharing Contact Lists

  1. Open Google Contacts
  2. In the top-right corner click on the 'gear' icon and then on 'Delgate Access':
  3. Click 'Invite Delegate':
  4. Search and add someone to invite them:
